Supressor T-cells are a type of lymphocyte or white blood cell.  A key part of the body's immune system, supressor T-cells regulate the B-lymphocytes production of antibodies.  The normal ratio of helper T-cells to suppressor T-cells is approximately 2:1.  This becomes inverted in people with AIDS but may also be temporarily abnormal in people for other reasons.
